This pair of large clear acrylic cylinders from Blush has a 1.5 inch inner diameter, so it fits fuller nipples and a larger clit hood area. The twist top lets you raise the vacuum gradually, which I prefer to a squeeze bulb for control. It is a good pair for symmetrical nipple play.

How to use the Temptasia Clit and Nipple Twist Suckers 2-Piece Set Large Clear?

1. Wash the toy with warm water and mild soap, and dry it before use.
2. Start with a relaxed, clean nipple or clit and put a thin film of water-based lube on the rim for a better seal.
3. Place the cylinder over the nipple or clit, then twist the top a little at a time until you feel a firm but comfortable pull.
4. Check in on sensation every minute or two; numbness, sharp pain, or a color change means release the suction right away.
5. Limit your first sessions to a few minutes, then build up as your skin tells you it is comfortable.
6. Release the vacuum slowly before pulling the toy off, then wash it again after play.

Techniques & ways to play

• Wear one on each nipple and increase both twists together for matched sensation.
• Release one cup and compare the sensitivity against the other side.
• Pair with light flicking or a warm breath once the cup is removed.
• Use as a warm-up before clamps or a nipple pump, since the skin is already primed.

Pairs well with / Complete the scene

• Nipple clamps
• Nipple suckers
• Blindfolds
• Sensation play toys

Special considerations / warnings

• Stop immediately if the skin turns dark purple, blue, or white, or if you feel numbness or sharp pain.
