Returns & Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, The BDSM Store does not accept returns or exchanges — all sales are final. This applies even if the product is still sealed, in its original packaging, and has never been opened.

Because we can't accept returns of any kind, we strongly encourage you to do your research before you buy. We're always happy to answer questions about a specific product — or help you figure out whether it's the right pick for you. Just reach out at support@thebdsmstore.com.

Damaged or defective products

While we can't process standard returns, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll exchange it for the same item within 365 days of the delivery date. If that item is sold out, we'll issue store credit for the amount paid.

An exchange only applies when the product doesn't work on arrival. Not liking it is not valid grounds for a damage or defect exchange.

When you email us, include:

  • An exact description of the problem
  • Your order number
  • A photo or video showing the product and the issue

We'll determine whether the product qualifies. If it does, we'll send instructions for returning it — and in rare cases, we may ask you to dispose of it instead. Please don't send anything back until we tell you to.

Once we receive the item, we'll inspect it. If there's evidence it's been tampered with, previously used, or swapped for a different or older item, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement.

If your exchange is approved, we'll send an exact replacement of the same product — you won't be able to choose a different item, size, or color. If the product is out of stock or discontinued, we'll issue store credit you can use on anything you like. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued.

Product stops working

If your product stops functioning within 365 days of receipt — and the failure wasn't caused by misuse — contact support@thebdsmstore.com to request an exchange for the same item. Please include all accessories and packaging. If we're out of stock, we'll issue store credit for the full price paid.

If your product stops working after 365 days through no misuse on your part, you may be eligible for repair or replacement directly from the manufacturer.

Color and size differences

It's possible, though unlikely, that colors may look different from what you expected due to screen variation. We do our best to represent products accurately, but The BDSM Store isn't responsible for these differences. The same applies to size variations caused by mismeasurement or production inconsistencies.

If something is significantly off, contact us and we'll reach out to the manufacturer. We still can't offer refunds or exchanges, but we'll see whether they're willing to.

Wrong product

If you believe we shipped the wrong item, do not open the package. Take a photo of the product and email us with your order number.
