The Rouge Garments Rosebud Dilator Set is twelve surgical-grade stainless steel urethral sounds with rounded tips, graduated in diameter so you can begin small and work up over time. Steel is non-porous, lubricant-safe and easy to sterilize. I stock it for players who want to learn sounding with a complete, properly made kit rather than piecing one together.

How to use the Stainless Steel 12-Piece Rosebud Dilator Set?

1. Sterilize the sound by boiling or with a medical-grade cleaner, wash your hands and pee first.
2. Use a sterile, thick water-based lube on both the sound and the urethral opening.
3. Start with the smallest sound and let gravity and gentle guidance do the work; never push.
4. Stop at any pain or resistance; discomfort is a signal, not a challenge.
5. Remove slowly and expect a stinging sensation when you urinate afterward.
6. Move up only one size at a time, and only after the current size feels easy.
