This is the hot pink version of the Sex & Mischief Silicone Lips Gag: a silicone lips insert that holds the mouth open, fastened with a 25 inch adjustable vegan leather strap and a nickel-free buckle. The open mouth keeps the airway clear and leaves the wearer usable for oral play, which is why I prefer ring-style gags for beginners over solid balls. The pink lips give it a playful, doll-like look.

How to use the Sportsheets Sex & Mischief Silicone Lips Adjustable Open-Mouth Gag Pink?

1. Agree on a non-verbal safe signal before the gag goes in.
2. Wash the silicone insert and inspect it for tears.
3. Place the lips behind the teeth and buckle the strap just snug enough to hold it in place.
4. Keep early sessions short to avoid jaw strain and keep the wearer's head upright or forward so saliva drains.
5. Check in often, watching for jaw cramp, trouble swallowing or distress.
6. Remove on the signal, rinse the gag, and let the jaw rest.
