Sportsheets Edge Metal Loop Spanker
Sportsheets Edge Metal Loop Spanker

The Sportsheets Edge Metal Loop Spanker is a rug-beater style loop of steel wire coated in clear vinyl, on a black PU-wrapped handle with a faux leather wrist loop. It bites harder than a paddle because the force concentrates on a thin line, and it makes a sharp crack on contact. I stock it for experienced sting players who want something between a cane and a paddle.
Sportsheets Edge Metal Loop Spanker features:
- Vinyl-coated steel wire loop with slight flex
- Black PU-wrapped handle with silver grommet detailing
- Faux leather wrist loop for secure control
- Sharp, cutting sting with a distinctive crack
- Materials: 45% steel, 30% PU, 10% PVC, 10% PP, 5% iron
- Holds its shape through heavy, repeated use

Who is this product for?
- Experienced impact players who enjoy sharp sting
- Dominants who want a loop spanker's sound and precision
- Cane fans who want something lighter and more forgiving
How to use the Sportsheets Edge Metal Loop Spanker?
- Test on your own thigh first; a thin loop concentrates force and stings far more than its weight suggests.
- Negotiate limits and marks; loops welt quickly.
- Aim for the fullest part of the buttocks and upper thighs, striking with the flat of the loop.
- Start light and build slowly; a few strokes at moderate force is a lot.
- Check skin between strokes for raised welts and stop before the skin breaks.
- Wipe the vinyl clean and check the coating for cracks before each use.
Techniques & ways to play
- Tap the loop lightly in a steady rhythm to build heat before any firm stroke.
- Use the crack sound as part of the scene by striking the bed or a pillow beside the wearer.
- Alternate loop strokes with a thuddy tool to balance sting and thud.
- Use single, well-spaced strokes with a count for a formal punishment.
Pairs well with / Complete the scene
How to clean and care
- Clean with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner after every use.
- Dry fully before storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Special considerations / warnings
- A wire loop can welt and break skin at modest force; never strike the spine, kidneys, joints, neck or face.
- Avoid wrapping; the loop's tip wrapping around the side causes the worst marks.
- Replace the tool if the vinyl coating cracks and exposes the wire.
- Stop at any broken skin or deep purple bruising.
