The Rouge Garments Short Suede Flogger is a 40 cm black flogger with soft suede falls on a leather handle, short enough to use at close range in a bedroom. Suede lands thuddy and warm rather than sharp, which makes it one of the kinder floggers to learn on. I recommend it for couples adding impact to their play for the first time.

Short Suede Flogger with Leather Handle - BLACK features:

  • 40 cm overall length, compact for close-range use
  • Soft suede falls with a thuddy, warm feel
  • Leather handle for grip and control
  • Black throughout
  • Made by Rouge Garments

Specifications / Size & material

  • Material: Leather
  • Colour: Black
  • Brand: Rouge Garments
  • Model number: RSF1167-BK

Intensity & Experience Level

Level: Beginner to advanced depending on force | Sensation: Sting or thud (impact)

Who is this product for?

  • Beginners wanting a forgiving first flogger
  • Couples playing in small spaces where a long flogger will not swing
  • Bottoms who prefer thud over sting

How to use the Short Suede Flogger with Leather Handle - BLACK?

  1. Practice on a cushion to learn how the short falls land.
  2. Warm up with slow, gentle strokes across the buttocks and upper back.
  3. Keep away from the kidneys, spine, neck, face and joints.
  4. Build pace and force gradually and check in regularly.
  5. Stop at the safeword or any heavy welting.
  6. Brush the suede clean and store flat; keep it dry.

Techniques & ways to play

  • Drag the suede falls across the skin between strokes as a tease
  • Use short figure-eights for a steady, hypnotic rhythm
  • Alternate with a sharper crop for contrast
  • Flog a blindfolded partner so each stroke is a surprise

Pairs well with / Complete the scene

How to clean and care

  • Wipe with a damp cloth after use and let it dry naturally, away from heat.
  • Condition the leather every few months to keep it supple.
  • Clean any surface that touched bodily fluids with a leather-safe antibacterial cleaner.
  • Store flat or hanging, never crushed.
