How to use the Secret Kisses Rosegasm Open Mouth Gag with Removeable Nipple Clips?
- Agree on a non-verbal safeword; the gag changes speech, so use a hand signal or a dropped object.
- Buckle the gag snug but not tight; the wearer should breathe freely through the nose and mouth.
- Put the nipple clips on with the gag already in place so you can judge the tension on the cord.
- Keep clip wear under 15 minutes on first use and watch for color change in the nipples.
- Remove clips by opening them, not pulling, and expect a rush of sensation as blood returns.
- Unbuckle, remove, and wipe the gag clean.
Techniques & ways to play
- Add the blindfold so every tug on the cord is unexpected.
- Use the open ring for oral service while the clips add a second sensation.
- Tug the cord gently from the gag to pull the nipples as a tease or correction.
- Remove the clips one at a time and watch the reaction.

Special considerations / warnings
- Never leave a gagged or blindfolded person alone.
- Nipple clips restrict blood flow; remove them if nipples go dark, cold, or numb.
- An open-mouth gag causes drooling and jaw fatigue; keep sessions short.
- Do not yank the cord; a sharp pull on clipped nipples can tear skin.
