Who is this product for?
- Experienced sounding players ready for a thicker, textured sound
- Men who have worked up through smaller smooth sounds
- CBT players who want a steel urethral toy they can boil-sterilize
How to use the Prowler RED Sound Urethral Plug?
- Sterilize the plug by boiling or with a medical-grade toy cleaner before every use.
- Wash hands and the head of the penis; use fresh, sterile lube generously on the plug and in the urethra.
- Insert slowly with gravity and no force, letting the rippled shaft slide in a ripple at a time.
- Stop at any resistance, sharp pain, or bleeding.
- Remove slowly using the ring, then urinate soon after to flush the urethra.
- Sterilize again and store dry.
Techniques & ways to play
- Slide the plug slowly in and out so the ripples pass over the urethra one at a time.
- Chill or warm the steel in water for temperature play.
- Pair with a cock ring to keep the shaft firm around the plug.
- Use with a partner who controls the depth and pace.
Pairs well with / Complete the scene

- Silicone, glass, and stainless steel can be boiled or wiped with a 10% bleach solution for full disinfection, unless the item contains a motor or electronics.
- Use only water-based lubricant on silicone.
- Dry completely and store away from other silicone toys and direct sunlight.

Special considerations / warnings
- Sounding carries real risk of urethral injury and infection; this is an advanced toy.
- Never force it; the 1.4 inch girth needs a urethra already accustomed to large sounds.
- Use sterile, single-use lube and sterilize the plug before and after every session.
- Stop and seek medical advice if there is bleeding, pain, or difficulty urinating.
18+ only. For consensual adult use.
