Blush Performance Plus Throttle is a three-piece set: two snug cock rings and one cock and ball stretcher, all in Purio platinum-cured liquid silicone with an UltraSilk satin finish. The stretcher adds a gentle downward pull on the balls while the rings support the erection. I recommend it as a starter CBT set for people who want to try ball stretching with a soft, forgiving material.
