How to use the Bound Nipple Clamps G1 Rose Gold?

1. Warm the nipples first with a minute of rubbing or light pinching so they are engorged and more tolerant.
2. Open the clamp, place it just behind the tip of the nipple, and release slowly rather than letting it snap shut.
3. Start at the lowest pressure and wait a full minute before adding more.
4. Check in every few minutes and watch skin color; pale, white, or numb means take them off.
5. Limit a first session to 10 to 15 minutes in total.
6. Pinch the clamp open to remove it, expect the blood-return sting, and rub gently afterward.
